Justice:(noun) the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause.
The factors that influences the desition of the jury was, the many diffrent characteristics of those who where on the jury. Some of the jurty members where there and they sat back and did nothing to help the desiction making processe, while other would constently try and find every single thing so try and get out as soon as possible or to condem the kid. Having a jury can go both ways either it can give you a fare trial or give you a bunch of people who would much more likely be working or making money for them selfs and not have to worrie about aperson they have never meet. Having a jutry is a tricky desition much of the time you will get people who want to get in and out no questions just get it done. Having atitude like this can really have a big effect on some inocent peoples lives.
